This might not be the best gaming setup ever but it’s easily the most historically awesome. Like a Hall of Fame for video games, Pete’s (or 16bitghost’s) gaming setup is a video game shrine. It has nearly every console you could ever think of in its TV stand.

Behind the perfectly plump couches is a just as impressive collection of video game paraphernalia and handheld consoles. This room is the historical archive, the room of record for so many childhoods. Even though the cushions on your couch can be a black hole for everything from pocket change to the TV remote, they’re also a handy place to quickly hide stuff when company visits. And it’s that exact idea that inspired Jess Fügler’s Jam Sofa.

A set of stacked cushions provide a deep crevasse in the middle where you can store magazines, various remotes, and probably even a sandwich and a handful of Doritos for later. The possibilities are endless. The sofa—or lounge to be more exact—also does away with the need for a coffee table as a place to keep coffee table books. And even standing lamps are no longer necessary thanks to a custom lighting accessory that can slide between the cushions.

It’s like a modern take on the piano bench, except that you’re able to sprawl out and relax on it, instead of sitting uncomfortably practising the scales when you’d rather be watching TV. Speaking of which, where did that remote go?…

Mark “IPO” Zuckerberg just dropped a Facebook status update bigger than the NASDAQ bomb: he and longtime girlfriend Priscilla Chan are married, only a day after he became one of the richest men on the planet. He wore a suit!

As far as anyone can tell, the news of the marriage between the notoriously secretive couple—about whom we know only of a shared dog, lavish vacation, and tense standoff between her vegetarianism and his staunch chicken-killing—was broken on Facebook. Of course.

What can we tell about the ceremony, which after IPO-looza could’ve been held inside a crystal palace atop Mount Everest? It looks downright modest, and tasteful by billionaire standards—HuffPo’s Ethan Klapper says “Zuckerberg’s wedding was in his backyard, before fewer than 100 guests, who thought they were there to celebrate Chan’s [medical school] graduation.” The AP reports “A source authorized by the couple to speak said Zuckerberg designed the ring featuring ‘a very simple ruby.’” When you’re a billionaire, even a ruby is simple. But between med school graduations, temporarily breaking the stock market, and a surprise wedding, this has been quite a zany week for the two!

The only question is, aside from the obvious pre-nup joke, seems to be this: since Zuck doesn’t list his relationship status on his profile, when will the marriage be Facebook official? Nevermind! Chan lists herself as “Married to Mark Zuckerberg” (swoon), which means the marriage is 21st century consecrated. Now we can proceed with pre-nup speculation.
